River Road Renovation
San Antonio, TX
This circa 1948 home in River Road was built as a duplex. We designed a complete renovation into a single-family home, including major changes to the interior floor plan. Mutliple generations of porch enclosures were removed, and a 1970s addition was redesigned to make it fit the context of the neighborhood while interpreting the story of the building.
